DATE/TIME (Class AAA & AAAA): Friday and Saturday, September 12-13, 2025 (Class AAA & AAAA). Gym opens at 3:30 pm on Friday, and 8:00 am on Saturday. First round of Friday pool play (Class AAAA) begins at 4:30 pm; First round of Friday pool play (Class AAA) begins at 6:30pm; Saturday play begins at 9:00 am for Class AAAA and 10:00am for Class AAA.

TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE: The tournament schedule will be posted online at vbschedule.com by the Wednesday leading up to the tournament. All up-to-date results, pool charts, and brackets will only be available on this website throughout the weekend. The schedules/results will also be displayed on the big screen monitors in the building. Matches will begin ahead of schedule, if possible, and will likely run behind on Saturday.
STREAMING: All matches will be streamed online throughout the weekend and available for the same cost as admission. See vbschedule.com for details. Because of this service, video cameras, Hudl cameras, and tripods are not allowed in the building, and any recording or streaming of matches will be prohibited. Video of each match is downloadable via the streaming service. Each program will receive one complimentary access to the streaming service.
FORMAT (AAA & A): Pool play (4-team pools) – three matches (two Friday, one Saturday). Bracket play (4-team brackets) - two matches (both Saturday). Once pools have concluded, 1st place teams will be placed in a bracket, 2nd place teams will be placed in a bracket, etc.
FORMAT (AAAA & AA): Pool play (3-team pools) – two matches (Friday). Tiered pool play (two 3-team gold pools, two 3-team silver pools, two 3-team bronze pools, followed by a crossover match) - three total matches (Saturday). All Friday 1st place teams will be placed in gold pools, 2nd place teams in silver pools, 3rd place teams in bronze pools.
All matches are best-of-three with the first two games to 25 (no cap) and a third game (if necessary) to 15 (no cap). In the event of a 2-way tie in pool play (AAA & A), the head-to-head result will serve as the tie-breaker. In the event of a 3-way tie in pool play, the following tie-breaking procedures will be used:
1. Games (sets) won percentage
2. Points percentage
3. Coin toss
WARMUPS: Warm-ups will be 10 minutes (5 min visiting team, 5 min home team; serving should be done during warm-up time). The lower-seeded team will be considered the visiting team. Warmup balls will be provided. Please do not bring your own balls. Hitting teams should hit towards the wall and no live digging (off of hitters) is permitted; 'off' teams should plan to help with shagging to ensure that balls do not enter other courts. No ball handling will be permitted during 'off' time or outside of the SportCourt by any team.
LINE JUDGES: Each team will be asked to provide one line judge per match.
TRAINER: There will be an athletic trainer on site from 3:30-9:30pm on Friday and 8:30am-4:30pm on Saturday. The training room is located near Court 3.
LOCKER ROOMS: There are no locker rooms available at the Midwest Volleyball Warehouse. Please do not bring valuables into the gym. There are showers available for use, but towels are not provided.
CONCESSIONS & PORTABLE FOLDING CHAIRS: Food trucks will be available in the parking lot all day Friday and Saturday. Coolers and outside food are not allowed in the facility. Outside food must be consumed outside of the facility. Folding chairs are also not allowed in the facility.
BUS PARKING: Buses should be parked on the back side of the building when not actively loading or unloading players.
MVW STORE: The Midwest Volleyball retail store will be open during tournament hours.
ALL-TOURNAMENT TEAMS: The top 10 players in each tournament will be named to the All-Tournament Team, with the top player named Tournament MVP.
